Digital Marketing
Content Marketing
Too often we use social to tell our customers what we want them to know. What we should be doing is thinking about what they need, what will be useful to them, and what's going to make them see the value in your brand so they keep coming back to you - so you offer them free 'content' that adds value to their lives - working or personal - in some way.
'Content' isn't just words, it's lists, it's memes, it's video, audio, infographics. I can help - both with ideas and execution, working with freelance designers to give you the highest quality.

Twitter and facebook

It takes time to run a twitter or facebook account, as anyone who has ever lost an hour on their phone in the morning can attest. I can do this for you - searching for relevant stories to link to or retweet, building your follower base, replying to customers, and tracking the success of posts.
I have recently been responsible for the Twitter feed for OUP Secondary Psychology account and the Pearson Apprentice account, as well as looking after the facebook feel for Oxford Owl for parents.

Websites
I use Wix to create beautiful websites that won't cost you a fortune. I can build you a site from scratch or re-do your web 2.0 site if it's looking a little last-gen. You can leave it to me to find the right stock images, write captivating content, and put the site together for you. Once it's complete I'll hand over control to you so the power to edit and update the site is in your hands: meaning you have no additional fees. Web site design starts from £250.
What can social media do for you?
-
Showcase your personality, your expertise, and your empathy with your customers.
-
Open up the dialogue and show your customers they matter.
-
Turn your customers into advocates and enjoy all that wonderful word-of-mouth.
-
Drive traffic to your website (but get the balance of selling versus non-selling right).
-
Get better SEO ranking from all your lovely shared content.
-
Save money - it's free (or cheap), unlike traditional above-the-line channels.
